We know independently of what BCCI says that there is a store in Stroud Mall. It shows up on the website of the mall.
However, no store shows up on the website of Dubois Mall.
It appears the at least one of the places exists and it is not like the make believe store in Arizona where in one case it was no more than a temporary sing hanging over the side from the roof of the building in some out of the way location.
