Totally wrong. As Dan would say they are supposed to but since there are no regulators to ensure the rules are followed they dont have to. Kind of like a kid feeding his veggies to the dog. Not allowed to but mom aint looking.
But that alone is a major clue as to what the company thinks about its shareholders
