In response to your point in item ten, you have helped. That was as thorough and thoughtful a response as I could have hoped for. While we began our interaction somewhat at odds, we have arrived at a point where I owe it to myself to take a personal look at the many points you made, complete my own research to see if it comports with yours, and decide if this is a firm worthy of my time and investment. I hope that does not sound as anything other than what I mean it to be...a surprising opportunity I would not have otherwise considered.

Doog, based on FDA lag time and company 6-12 month estimate to submit NDA, I can understand the liberal "w/i 18 months" estimate for Rexista. W/i that 18 months it is not hard to see spring/summer of 2016. Company submits NDA Q4 or Q1 (6 to 10 months). Fast Track turnaround goal time per FDA is 60 days.
