Cause mine is , the web search on you drops a load to read , on the other hand the web search on Shea does not and thus can lead one to look for what really happened here.. but you're good friends with Harold so I'm sure you will be telling us all ... Right ??????

What a joke. Such a great way to start off your role as CEO. To post on a message board responding to some hate message. How bout something relating to the company and not your obviously bad reputation? Tough to defend your reputation when court documents are public. I'm sure the SEC keeps a close eye on you.

How far along is the RS application?
Is Mike being paid as an advisor?
