Why would I, I could not care less. Glad you called though, good info that HESG has no legal representation.

It's not surprising, the company has not been active nor reported anything since Pittera wrote the opinion letter for HESG for the year ending December 31, 2012. He claims he relied on info from Nhue 'Nick' Le - however Le was not/is not a PCOAB member, the financials are unaudited, HESG is deregistered and dark.
