There was some testing done with 'buss bars'[components you noted] back in that time frame at BI. The positive results led to quite a bit of conjecture about using Kryron for electrical wire, primarily for high capacity transmission lines. HOWEVER, since nothing much came from the potential buss bar 'effort' there was no attempt/effort at B.I. for electrical wire. . .

Conversations with Sean at the time indicated his effort/focus was with armor, automotive, aircraft [P&W], Kryron plasma coating[s] and other products that did not require a 'start from square one'.

There may have been some 'talk/hype', but Mike and C.J. Sean, et all, had other priorities. I believe the notes I posted back then would indicate this. At one point, Sean was close to making a deal with a watch manufacturing concern [I met that contact] for providing Kryron for making watch cases. . . nothing of the sort for electrical wire was ever mentioned.
