Nice. Sure does make sense to see covering at these levels.

Yep. As I mentioned some time back, the risk reward at these levels should have them thinking hard about covering. And I had seen some days when I thought it looked like that. Obviously a lot more days had covering buys than I was able to spot though.

With 330.7MM shares outstanding, this puts shorts <10%.

I expect that CaptWhizBang's desire to see four in a row will be exceeded.

hillzman- There's always questions!
1) At or near the point where the shorts exhaust there covering, what will sustain a move up? ie Will legitimate buying occur?
2) Are the shorts, by covering now, positioning themselves to repeat their shorting from higher levels?

3) If short volume is drying up, why is the stock moving laterally and not up ? Legit buyers absent?
