#8111 RE: Trent Blair #8108

Just got a big package from Bollinger. They included financials from fye 3/15. Made 5.1million on 60 million in sales. There are 7,395,510 shares so they made .69eps. Recent acquisition appears to be successful and the company has good plans to expand.

Why are they buying back shares? Their biggest minority shareholder besides the brothers is cashing out. The brothers are selling $6million worth of shares so they are getting something out of this exercise.

They give you the option of holding in case their business plans succeed but they also warn this may be the only liquidity event. I'm selling my little stash first thing on Monday. I've been holding for quite awhile and truthfully had written it off.

Just goes to show that sometimes investing in these illiquid profitable companies pays off.

Thanks to otc for finding a bunch of them.
