imris has been trading on otc pink for a while already

here is definition of 25-nse form that was filed yesterday

" Notification filed by national security exchange to report the removal from listing and registration of matured, redeemed or retired securities "

and here is form 25

" Notification filed by issuer to voluntarily withdraw a class of securities from listing and registration on a national securities exchange "

it appears that yesterday filing means removal from all exchanges (matured , redeemed , retired) filed by nse

it appears that imrsq will stop trading soon , most likely retired

in my opinion
