Exactly, why would anyone want to do this?

Well, as I have indicated, I don't think they know what they are doing but it reflects poorly on anyone looking at this stock as a potential investment.

And that's the good news!

Your quite right about the lack of encouraging PR releases. Unfortunately, I'm afraid the reason is that there is a lack of significant revenue from the new line at this time to counter the disastrous losses for Q2 that I'm expecting to see published within two to three weeks.

After that, the next earnings report (Q3) will not be available until mid-November.

Wanna guess how low CAPC can go in the interim?
