AS 10 Billion, took more cash / shares just to re-bundle portions of the over 1 Million in convertible debentures, with a PAR of .0001.., on another note, the product is being re-branded,....again..

....TWO Reverse Splits already with this ticker, there will likely be another down the road.....JMHO....simply based on the previous History of the Bro's with two other shells in the same/similar space, leaving bag holders a plenty, not once, but on multiple occasions, including less then a week after stating No RS..

Read the filings......The Bro's sold this Company to themselves...a private Company which ran inside the former Public Companies of Mobile Match Making and Zippi Networks..(NOW DEFUNCT WITH Commons as BAG HOLDERS) ...
