Hmm! I didn't see it as an attack on any competition, more of a comparison. Remember Clay's goal. This is for potential investors who may not have any information at this point on QMC or the qdot market. This was written in a comparative fashion using known public facts and performing an comparative analysis. It's also written for someone who has no clue what this qdot industry is. It's meant to provide some ground for someone to start doing some due diligence on a potential future investment. Clay is paid to promote QMC to investors. Yes, I said it, lol!

I like his comparison on product cost for the LG 65" OLED and Samsung 65" SUHD. Coincidentally, I just did the same trip to Best Buy earlier this week and had the same thoughts. It was a good comparison and is how the majority of consumers will compare the products. "What does the extra 100% cost get me? They look relatively the same." Personally, in my opinion, the SUHD did have more vivid colors.

In regards to Nanoco, I didn't see that as an attack either. He was comparing publicly shown pictures of a facility (howbeit they may have multiple production activities under that roof unrelated to qdots.) It may be a stretch using his comparison, but people stretch the truth in marketing every day.

Competitor? Samsung is not a competitor. Talking about the success of the QD industry as a whole is good for ALL suppliers. Samsung is going to need more than one.
