Imo if it gets down to 3.5 level at this stage, it will go a lot lower than that perhaps to zero because the 3.5 price might very well indicate that the company is either failing and/or in deep financial trouble and not likely to recover.

So at $4.76 OCAT with "proven" science and patents is still too much of a risk? I can agree on that.

If OCAT finds itself at $3.50 I would ask you to ponder this "why not lower still?"

OCAT has nothing going for it that a trader wants. The technicals are all down and broken. There's no news coming (preannouncement of an announcement yet to come does not count as news). It's in the "show me" state and it doesn't look like OCAT will have much to show for a number of years except a whole bunch of disappointed investors.
