The company is in the process of preparing and submitting audit RFP's to a number of qualified CPA firms. The audit RFP responses are expected to be received in the next 2 to 3 weeks, and the audit award will be made shortly afterwards. An arrangement has already been made in principle with its legal counsel to complete the upgrade related legal work. Management and outside advisors expects the upgrade to enhance shareholder value and stock liquidity."
