How does being on sale for a month prove your point? The Celeron you mention is so far below desirable to the market, that it takes some time for the market to consume it. But then again, that's no longer an Intel problem, since they got their money for it.

Wrong again, Joe. Intel doesn't sell directly to Newegg. The distributors do, and they are no doubt holding onto the same Celerons that Intel sold them last month. Even at peanuts, those old parts are dogs, and it takes a while for the market to consume them.
