ARUR, Pat Wilson, filed a civil claim for approx $8,000.00 against Treetop Oil and Gas and Plains Marketing.
The Kansas District Court ruled Wilson and Fowler of ARUR violated Kansas corporate statues for calling and holding a shareholders meeting to discuss the sale of all or substantially all of the corporate assets. The court ruled the meeting was not lawful and therefore not held. Any actions reportedly taken at the meeting were null. And Treetop Industries, Treetop Oil &Gas and David Reichmann had no authority over or claim to any of the assets reportedly sold at the alleged meeting.
Brazil has filed federal person of interest charges against Reichmann for forgery and fraud by deception.
The Brazilian Consulate Houston is pursing fraud charges against Reichmann for presenting a fraudulent document to a government agency.
These are but a few of the potential charges being pursued against this group.
