No dilution is occurring, http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ECIG/profile, same OS for 10 weeks. IMO we are safe until a minimum price of .45, also why IMO getting an average down below .45 is a safe bet in the long run. Even at .45 I doubt the warrant holders will jump to cash in for minimum profit, but keeping ones average under .45 gives a very safe play IMO and at 50% profit at this price.
