HJOE having over $1 million in revenue before the PLN lawsuit - is a forum myth and certainly not backed by facts.
It is very odd that HJOE couldn't produce the documents to verify all of the losses that they and a few shareholders are claiming and that is why they filed a Joint Motion for Dismissal.
In the 2012 10-K it states the revenue for the year was $1,079,234 but what has been overlooked is that HJOE wasn't involved in the Q1 (Accredited Members Holding Corporation) and their revenue was $445,931 for the quarter for the Q1.
Here you go:
2012 Q2 the revenue was reported as $260,172
2012 Q3 the revenue reported as $386,560
2012 Annual report revenue was reported as $1,079,234.
So the HJOE revenue for 2012 was $633,303.
Substantially less than the much reported over $1 million in revenue.
As usual with HJOE there are problems with the financials.
