Matt, are you saying that anything posted here on IHUB is protected under the copyright laws? I had an issue with posters dragging my posts from here over to RB and was told they came under public domain and had no such protection. This is something that I'm really interested in. Thanks, SH

I was wondering why you use the terminology "Violation of Privacy" rather than "Invasion of Privacy". I believe Invasion of Privacy is the legal term that is defined as follows:

"Invasion of Privacy. This refers to the unlawful use or exploitation of one's personality, the publicizing of one's private affairs with which the public has no legitimate concern, or the wrongful intrusion into one's private activities."

and since Invasion of Privacy is unlawful, IMO it should be mentioned specifically in your TOU.
