It is my belief, based on the public filings of both companies, that GAWK did pay CLOK the $1.125M in cash or equivalent.

Why GAWK is showing that money on their balance sheet as a "Deposit" is a mystery to me...

However, since they say that they never received the CipherLoc software, one would think they'd want their money back?

And I agree with you... something does not add up!
