Last night, when talking about SGLB with a friend I sent him to jj's blog (josh smith jjsmith) so that he could have a concise crash course on SGLB from a technical end, all in one place and much of it very accessible for those of limited engineering backgrounds. I think it might be a very very good thing for you to check it out as well.

In looking at his blog again, I was reminded most clearly that it is really the technology and potential applications to come that has me most excited about SGLB...not just the fuel nozzles (and I say this not trying to take anything away from the impact that will have). This is just the opening chapter in a very long book.
