Once the judge completes the hearing for the motion, he will likely dismiss the case faster than a FedEx pilot flying from New Orleans to Memphis!

Treaty's motion to dismiss is a real stretch at best. And contains many statements that simply are not true.

But still possible no matter the stretch? Agreed?

And contains statements that just aren't true ? Seriously ? Just like the SEC charges ? lol

Let's allow the judge to decide what is true and not!

Phone and e-mail records are pretty difficult to deny it really happened.

And I hear they can prove that The SEC copied and pasted from public forum posts. There is no way two people that have never met use the same words, terms, typing skills, punctuation, etc ... IMPOSSIBLE IMO
