The VSH Mtg is a joke by Danl from discussion on another stock we both own.

I believe what people are not paying attention to, WBSI moved to the PINKS, thus no financial reporting, no PR's etc.

FB is all they are doing plus any website updates now and then.

We need not expect anymore than that in .PK land.

Why PINKS?

By choice to save lots of bucks with all the reporting requirements.

I heard from a friend it costs nearly $100K/yr to remain OTCQB.
