If there are to to no buyers at prices above 95 % of the pps it is only natural that the pps falls a good deal. Level 2 shows that there are very few market-makers that are actively trading SIAF right now. I think it is natural that the pps has fallen this much with so few buyers.

That is a somewhat crazy level of non-activity. I know Europe is supposed to be on vacation and I the RHI folks are hanging onto their shares as a great value ... but 8 hundredths of one percent of outstanding shares?!? Seems like that could happen by accident.

If we cold get some institutions trying to build a holding this thing would go up like an an old Christmas tree.
