Could someone review the licensing agreements for IREP with Vanderbilt/Columbia? There must be something in there regarding a required timeline/performance guarantee for Titan? Meaning, the licensor doesn't want an indefinite period of time to pass before this gets to commercialization. They have a stake in this too and would want to start earning their 4-6% on sales. The technology could end up obsolete if it doesn't get to market in a reasonable period of time.
