Yes we learn that SEC is using information received from the public to build their case, and the public can be just anyone.

The results of another court decision on totally different basis than the current fraud case is irrelevant.

This legal demonstration by wrongdoers legal advisers won't go far IMO. But it's OK for Blackburn & als to try to not go to court where I predict they'll get decimated
