Well after this is settled whether it's by a settlement or a trial Fund would be bought out or paid from settlement and obviously walk away. There would be some negotiations as to how this would play out as they part ways. Fund.com although at one time paid close to 10 million for that name is meaningless now. In fact I don't believe fund even owns that domain anymore.
It just seems to me that Advisory could buy out the shares of controlling FNDM shareholders and appoint their own management and retain the shareholder base and decide to go private/public later, The share price would reflect the amount paid
