Remember when the Aussies were given the management control of Radient? After learning the past history of Brown and Charter, I became convinced they approached Mac for the know how to make DR70 for their test in Hong Kong but probably had no money and a poor deal to offer. Mac in turn had just finished with the lawsuit, used the remaining stock to pay for his lawyers and was ready to dump Radient anyway. He surprised the Aussies by just offering the company lock stock and barrel and he would be done with it.
I was certain the assets had all gone West shortly afterward. I was disappointed to not hear anything at all from the Aussies.
I should have known to not give up on them. Criminals will be criminals and sure enough, everything shows up in Hong Kong, New corporation, new website, claims to all assets Radient ever had and nary a word about Radient or all those 5 billion former shareholders.
The Aussies are alive and well and doing all that I expected of them. I will try to stop by Tustin soon and if the former business is still vacant, I will take some photos of the front office. Want to bet if I still see that "Radient Pharmaceuticals" on the wall? Well, the building probably has new tenants anyway but I will stop by.
