So in response to your post of concerns.... read the the history of filings, and what the ceo has emailed to shareholders and all of your concerns should be put to rest.
Revenue, share structure (not hidden)... all of it is clear. No rs coming mentioned several times and ss adequate to take care of business. Also the returning of shares to treasury is underway.
