PennWest is not going anywhere, bad timing with the turmoil in the industry, the new government increasing corporate taxes, the royalty review still up in the air, the law suit, the accounting discrepancy! The no checks and balances, bad management, previously no planning ($100 oil per barrel means company is executing projects cowboy mode, no resources, unskilled resources etc..) if they can turn it around with all these issues...then you know they will move on up!
