$AHFD IF you actually read the 8k, that was a previous merger that was supposed to be done with MANOS and he would take that spinoff private. That was the merger that was a no go, the MERGER that GRIFFIN is talking about and was talking about in his April PR is with a company that he already has relationship with and they are doing the negotiations and finalizing the merger. Re-read it again, and read the PR that came out after the 8K. He explains it in more detail, read it slow, and actually absorb what you read. Don't just glance at it. GLTA
