Totally FALSE and well documented over and over..... The Settlement Agreement clearly states that the Zalcberg company has up to two years to raise $2 million to fund the WC needs of his company to advance the product and NOT ONE SINGLE DIME IS OWED TO ARYC unless they elect to contract with them to do part of the R&D.....

And on top of that, ARYC never executied the transfer they were REQUIRED TO UNDER THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT so Zalcberg's company couldn't have raised a dime anyway since ARYC had already breached the Settlement Agreement..
