A paid tout would probably be a TOU violation unless you could provide a supportive link. And even then you would have to clarify by saying what paticular stock he/she was touting. A tout in general without the "paid" part would probably be OK as it would be an opinion. IMO. SH

P.S. Coolbreeze, smooth jazz is really boring and is played by musicians either "prostituting" themselves or otherwise have NO talent. Are you a Kenny G fan? It's really amusing that audiences will applaud anyone that has enough hot air to sustain a note

It's a trick musicians use to entertain without having to get into the hard stuff. Listen to some Coltrane or Monk. JMHO SH
