more info may come out before or at the SHM; however, if people are expecting mgmt to telegraph information such as what acquisition they may be eyeing; don't. Why would they communicate to competitors, etc, what company they may be trying to buy?

YES, thank you I've read that before. That doesn't answer any of my concerns and I don't blame anyone on this board.
This should concern every investor, "Stockholder approval of the amendment to NeoMedia’s Certificate of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares of Common Stock will give NeoMedia greater flexibility by permitting such stock to be issued without the delay of obtaining stockholder approval. The Board of Directors believes it to be in the best interests of NeoMedia to increase the number of authorized shares of Common Stock to ensure that adequate shares are available for issuance if such issuance becomes desirable."

I love what NEOMEDIA could bring to the market. Their technology is incredible but their vague communication with the shareholders has been at best subpar. Funadamentally speaking, this company is quite possibly the biggest risk play more so now than ever before.

Yet I'm remaing LONG & STRONG b/c I'm pot committed.

I think that statement in the proxy is the answer everyone has been looking for. It's just that no one will accept it on face value.

I believe NEOM doesn't want to go thru all the trouble to get more shares every time they need them, so they just decided to go for a large amount one time, and take the heat once.

They state flatly what they want the shares for; future acquisitions, options and warrants, current convertible stock needs, and possible future dividends, and or splits.

There it is folks. Simple as it can get.
I doubt if we will get a whole more than that at the SHM.
