taraniterror: Since they're on the pinks, as long as they keep the records in house for review by the SEC when the time comes for them to jump to the OTC:BB, then technically they don't have to file for this, right? I'm not sure though, but I know on the pinks it's pretty much no-holds-barred as far as filings are concerned. That's why getting onto the OTC:BB is so key here.
I think we'll just see one day soon that, "hey, it's done!" :) In the meantime, that'll work just as well. I'd think they get it all in place before the launch of Buysellmerge.com so they can get the most bang for their buck their and concentrate on the bigger picture at that point...making revenue/profits.
Right now, they're getting their house in order for the "big party".
