#307405 RE: Gremlin9999 #307403

Is basing an investment decision based on the track records of PN and SO really a sound idea?

Granted options based on 75 cent closing level - Wrong

Invested millions in Stanford Ponzi scheme - Wrong

Made large investment in Oando - Wrong

Engineered the .075 failed stock offering, led investors to believe Offor would participate, participated themselves - Wrong, Wrong, and Wrong

Under their leadership we see the ongoing toxic debt debacle - Wrong

Gagged the t/a - Wrong

Overall guided the company from 90 cents/share to .0013 - Terribly Wrong

Can the answer to your question be any clearer?

Like I've said before they are trying to save the company and their jobs. Ntephe alone has easily received 2-3 million dollars in salary and benefits over the years. If ERHC goes down in flames who else will hire them and pay them that kind of money. The percentage of their total salary that they have invested in this company is still very small.

Now I will ask you a question. Why have none of the outside directors bought shares other than in the rights offering, years ago, if this is such a great deal.
