Shame they don't any of the IP or rights to it since they contractually gave those to Zalcberg's company as part of a settlement in 2014 over improper capital raise from Q4 2013.

Zalcberg, taub v. Arrayit and Rene Schena, etal... is moving forward rapidly and discovery is going to be very telling.....

But the Settlement agreement assigning the rights is clear as day and ARYC doesn't have a prayer on keeping the rights.....
