I felt like I had to share when someone thought the volume meant D and Y was dumping... I knew it was mostly me so I felt I had to so longs wouldn't freak and lose out.. Believe me I would not have sold if it wasnt as I mentioned...No way they are failing and treating customer complaints like that-- makes no sense... Best customer service I have ever encountered with the possible exception of Amazon
