You Can't Teach a Dead Dog Tricks Either
Here are my answers to your inquiries (my words are in color):

how many Jurassic 02 systems have they sold?
Well we know they didn't sell $1.7m or $1.17m units ordered by iMD (www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ERBB/news/Tranzbyte-Receives-Order-for-100-Jurassic-Units-From-iMD?id=79475&b=y).
Way to go Michael Silva, his intro to AG was in the linked PR but a few months later we find out this deal was botched. I doubt AG has sold many JWS and we'll never know the real numbers because AG's earnings reports are so vague regarding revenues. Also, as a former grower, I would never spend that kind of money on a JWS unit when a simple bubbler is all the water needs to get some extra oxygen for the roots.

what happened with the soil company they acquired?
Nobody knows. AG revenues were allegedly "doubling" from strong OGTea (the soil company you are referring to) but the following earnings reports sure did not reflect that statement, or lie from Shearin (whichever you prefer). And who knows if AG really "acquired" OGTea. Check out these two different paragraphs FROM THE SAME REPORT (page 8 I think) outlining BOTH the "acquisition" AND the "potential acquisition" of OGTea per the last quarterly report (www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=ERBB&id=133134):

"Acquisitions

OG Tea

On September 10, 2014, the company acquired OG Tea, Inc. that sells its own proprietary blend of microbial nutrients primarily designed for the cannabis growing industry to accelerate plant growth. The cost of acquiring all of the outstanding shares of OG Tea is $100,000 of cash, $1,500,000 of the Company’s common shares based on the trailing thirty (30) day average strike price as of the Effective Date and the assumption of its liabilities of approximately $321,000. In the event that Seller’s net revenues exceed $1,000,000 during the twelve months following the Effective Date, then Buyer shall pay a performance bonus of $400,000 for that year.

Potential acquisitions

On September 16, 2014 the Company entered into a memorandum of understanding to acquire OG Tea that has a line of fertilization products that have been reported by is customers to enhance the growth of plants. The Company is still completing the details of the acquisition that will involve the issuance of the Company’s common shares and employment agreements for key executives of OG Tea."

This was a favorite company of mine, however the toxic overwhelmed all longs,

how much toxic debt left?
A a lot and 3 billion new shares ready to be issued for even more toxic debt. ERBB is more toxic than Chernobyl, Three Mile Island and Fukushima COMBINED!

Cannabis Sector should catch fire again at some point. California getting ready to add recreational to the ballots for 2016
Oh the cannabis sector is on fire already, has been for nearly a decade and is about to explode like never before in history. Hemp and cannabis are going to be a trillion dollar empire. Yes, I said trillion because the industrial applications of hemp include plastics, fuel, nutrition, textiles, building material and pretty much anything you can think of. Unfortunately, AG will doubtfully be part of the boom because all they sell are bogus ERBB shares

Oregon opens recreational sales by January
Pretty inconsequential. There are as nearly 10x the amount of people in just Southern California alone than there is in the entire state of Oregon. When CA goes rec, then sparks will fly.

Maybe cannabis gets taken off schedule 1 one day….
It will. And like my point above, it likely won't benefit ERBB. Its not like AG is flush with cash they can't deposit. They're flushed with a toilet bowl swirling stock and the janitor, Stephen has checked out
