I have read here many times that after hours trades on our exchange are often just large brokerage firms (Fidelity, Vanguard, etc) pushing through their days activity at EOD. Is that true?

the short answer is there is no after hours trading of penny stocks...they are trades that took place during normal hours that were reported after hours...

same as shorting...no individual investors short penny stocks...certainly none are shorting this one...it would make no sense...

but it serves as one good excuse for poor stock and ceo performance...
