Not reading ANYTHING on the patent pending. It generally takes 6 months to a year to here from the patent office to see if they have found a similar device that is in use or is already patented.
I believe because FSPM registered for the patent pending two years ago, they would have heard something by now. I don't think no news is good news when it comes to the patent on the Pharm Pod System.
Good news on the patent would make this stock go in the right direction long term. Bought into this stock on a tip two months before it went up to eight bucks. I held because i thought it was going to fifteen. Lost my butt on this one. Still holding a pitiful 1,280 shares plus 7,680 shares of Revi.
I am not a day trader" MAXIMUS ART" and lost way to much money.
Is it possible that FSPM could be really a successful company and not trade because the S.E.C. doesn't want them to just like all the other M.J. start ups that they have put the kabosh on?
