Yeah it was weirder than that. I only use TDA for the level2 quote. they are even more limiting than scottrade for micros. I trade with scottrade and they only have a level one quote, and that reflected the same bid/ask at that time and it held for a decent time. I tried upping my sell to .0295, just under the ask to see if it would change and still didn't. Here is where it gets a little weird. they executed a partial fill from that sell order just before someone dumped. A grand total of 5 shares got sold from that order at .03 and the high for the day still reflects only .0215.
