He should never have encouraged people to talk about the company on that Facebook page. But, he kept talking investor stuff on it, encouraging people to ask more questions.
Benny was screening what questions he answered. I don't see a problem of him removing the illusion that he is going to answer investor questions.
I watched that exchange. Benny actually addressed that point. I forget exactly what it said but he was quite empassioned. Then the guy started talking about stock price and got banned or deleted or whatever.
