So their original filing that stated "As of July 13, 2015 there were 579,298,478 shares of common stock issued and outstanding" was a lie.

That report is now inactive but still viewable here:

The revised 2013 filing posted on 7/20/2015 now says: "As of
July 20, 2015 there were 987,914,478 shares of common stock issued and outstanding."
