I'm not necessarily arguing with you works. I agree, Penny stocks are basically a gamble based on a little more knowledge than you have in Las Vegas and I wouldn't encourage anyone to ever bet the farm.
That said, the CAFS business strategy/model still holds much promise and may be worth a small bet. I just wouldn't expect significant results for perhaps a year or more based on what we know today (which isn't much). However, I could be wrong.
