Kim has clearly given us 3 timelines:
- Vietnam
- 2 Sales agreements

Probably, the 2 sales agreements are linked to Vietnam to occur.

I think the newsletter made clear that KBLB wants to communicate with the investors better, and I'm pretty sure Kim wouldn't give Q3 and 2nd half of 2015 as timeline I they couldn't be met.
And off course, unexpected things can happen and cause delay!!

I hope Kim finds a way soon enough not needing to sell shares to get the company proceeding.
Imo he should find other fundings to realize his business plan or have sales coming in....

The only negative about thus company us that things are/have been going slower than expected, but up to now, MS still stands and their technology has now proven they can produce silk tougher than spider silk...

Shares should trade higher, maybe not at ,25, but definitely higher than 0,032, so I'm also convinced this stock is heavily manipulated.
Don't know by whom, but for sure why should this trade lower than during the quiet period???
