If one deal is inked, KBLB has come through when it was stated:

It is our goal to have at least one or two major sales and distribution agreements signed in the second half of the year.

Could circumstances beyond one's control prevent certain things from happening; certainly.

They're basing things based on a best-case scenario....

Plus it was run past legal....
