I Thought All Were Aware Those "Empty Days"

For the past 22 months, were the direct result of moronic and criminal actions of some in the Dominican government and their direct breach of the contracts of all companies working there. I have certainly written enough about it. Perhaps if more people had directed there questions down there, the situation would have been resolved more rapidly.

All I can do is report what I've been told and hope for the best.
