Agreed.

And to me, the fact that the support team responds in a timely fashion with results is important.

To complaints and compliments alike...to me is a big deal.

No automated responses like I have received in the past.

Its probably safe to assume most of these people that download this app probably don't even know this stock is publicly traded.

I'm still hanging strong.

I don't think it's wise (no pun intended) for a CEO to post on message boards. Read now and then, use the blurbs here and there via FB, PR, other official company communications, to address issues but not directly.

I recall 1, maybe 2 posts a long time ago, IMO out of pure frustration with the false info being posted, but nothing since.

If I'm reading Day correctly, continue to stay off these boards.
