If " IT IS BELIEVED THIS OR THAT HAPPENED " is proof of an unlawful event taking place then the court is in deep doo doo.

Guess that is why The SEC has a 55 % win ratio in SEC Administrative Courts. When you can hand pick your own mediators by spoon feeding the rules of The Ridiculous Zone and not laws of the land they can determine the outcome.

And note the 55 % are statistics ending Sept 2014. Nearly a year ago.

Guess they receive a DDD on the report card.
